Arthur Franklin "Red" Hamlet, Jr., 63, answered the call to come home on January 14, 2019. "Red" as he is affectionately called by family and friends, is survived by a son, Sean M. Hamlet, Orlando, FL, two sisters, Jean Webster and Deborah McDonald both of Newport News, Virginia, and one grandson, Shane Hamlet, Orlando, FL. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, January 28, 2019, 12:00 Noon at First Baptist Church East End, 3000 Jefferson Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607. O. H.
