Damon Demtri Moore, 51, departed this life on February 26, 2022 with the medical staff of Chesapeake Regional Medical Center by his side.

Damon was born November 17, 1970 in Norfolk, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Claudia Jones and Clyde T. Moore, Sr.; and brother, Al-Amin Muhammad.

Damon leaves to cherish his memories, his sister, Kimberly Jones of Norfolk, VA; brother, Clyde T. Moore, Jr. of California; aunt, Bernell Stewart of Boston, MA; cousin, Norman Stewart of San Diego, CA; stepmother, Jacqueline Moore of Hampton, VA; and a host of other relatives and friends.
