Delorice Washington departed this life on August 15, 2022.  She was born January 20, 1941 in Newport News, Virginia and was a 1959 graduate of George Washington Carver High School.  After graduation she attended Madam Daniels School of Hair.  Later on she attended Riverside School of Nursing and from there she worked as a Medical Assistant at James River Convalescent until her retirement.

Delorice was preceded in death by her parents, Elijah and Gladys Lee; sister, Joetta Williams; brother, William Lee; children, Marvin Williams, Keith Williams and Terri Washington.

Left to cherish her memories are her children... son, Quentin Washington; daughters, Robin Savage, Kimberly Williamson and Vicki Washington; along with a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She will also be missed by her sisters, Evelyn, Francis, Janet, Joan and Shelia; and brothers, Elijah and Quincy.

A Memorial Service will be  held at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at O. H. Smith & Son Funeral Home.  O. H. Smith & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
