It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Dezsie Sherande Neal, who departed this life on December 29, 2025, at the age of 66. He was the son of the late John Willis Neal and Joan Orie Neal and the brother of Todd Neal (Patricia). He retired as a Security Guard from the Newport News Public School System. A Celebration of his life will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Second Baptist Church East End, 3307 Chestnut Avenue, Newport News. Interment immediately following at Hampton Memorial Gardens, Hampton. A Viewing will be held on Friday, January 9th from 3:00 PM-6:00 PM at the funeral home.  Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.  O. H.
