Earl was a graduate of Millington High School, Class of 1995, and served honorably in the United States Navy for 12 years as an ABE (Aviation Boatswain’s Mate – Equipment), achieving the rank of E-5, Second Class Petty Officer. He later earned his Bachelor of Science in Administration and Management from EPCI in 2017 and worked as an NDT Inspector at Ingalls Shipbuilding.
He was a devoted father to Erin Brooks, Keegan Brooks, and Keia Brooks and cherished time with his family. Earl enjoyed sports, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers and Los Angeles Lakers, as well as movies, video games, cooking, and collecting sneakers and hats.
Earl was also a faithful member of the School of Tyrannus International Ministry, where he found strength in his faith and fellowship with others.
He is survived by his children; his parents, Bishop Dr. Wash and Elect Lady Dr. Susan Carthon; his biological father, Robert E. Weaver (Renee Weaver); his siblings, LaJuanda Carthon, Tonya Carthon-Temple (Johnnie Temple III), Rachelle Weaver, Shareka Weaver, and Robert Weaver Jr.; and extended family and friends.
