NEWPORT NEWS - George F. Prince, 95, passed on Jan. 23, 2018. He was a member of Abyssinia Baptist Church. He is survived by daughter, Naomi Slater of Orange, NJ; sisters, Mary Dargan of N.N. and Lucille Clary of Hpt.; brother, James Prince of Washington, DC; niece, Shireen Turner of N.N. A homegoing service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2018 at Sixth Mount Zion Baptist Temple. Viewing will be from 1 to 6 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home and two hours prior to the service at the church on Wednesday. O. H. Smith & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
