Evangelist Inez Register Williams, daughter of the late Richmond and Hattie Register, was born March 10, 1927 in Mullins, South Carolina. God called her to Glory on January 31, 2018 at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA.

Evangelist Williams leaves to cherish her memory five daughters, Shirley Diggs Godfrey, Dorothy Barnes, Inez Knight (George), Sheila Everett (Roderick) and Sharlean Carter Eubanks; three sons, Jesse Williams, James Williams and David Williams; twenty-two grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and loved ones.

A funeral service will be held 12 noon, Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Sixth Mount Zion Baptist Temple, Hampton. Interment will follow in Hampton Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home and two hours prior to the service at the church on Wednesday. O.H. Smith & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
