Our beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather, age 99, went home to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on Wednesday, February 9, 2022.

He was born in Sumter, SC on May 15, 1922 to the late Dr. F.R. Willis. Jacob was a hard worker with full-time employment at Hiden Storage (until closure) and then Warwick High School before retiring in 1992.

He was preceded in death by his sister, daughter, grandson and 3 wives.

He leaves to mourn, 2 daughters, 2 granddaughters and 6 great grandchildren, along with other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Providence Baptist Church. Viewing will be from 3:00-6:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home and two hours prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. O. H. Smith & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
