SFC James L. Phillips (US Army, Ret.) passed away on May 23, 2017.
A Celebration of Life will be held 12 p.m., Friday, June 2, 2017 at Triumph Christian Center, 5501 Huntington Ave., Newport News. Viewing will be from 3 to 6 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home and two hours prior to the service at the church on Friday. O.H. Smith & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
