James Williams, 84, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 26, 2016. He was born in Drake, SC to the late Ravenell and Nettie Posey Williams.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Leon.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 58 years, Leomia; son, Marvin (Celeste) of Easton, PA; daughter, Therese (Brad) of Fredericksburg, VA; four brothers, Ravenell, Jesse, Jerome and Freddy; and sister, Arra Mae.

A funeral service will be held 10 a.m., Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Morning Star Baptist Church, Hampton. Interment will follow in Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.
