Josie Marie Usher, 95, affectionately known as Aunt Ann or Aunt Josie, widow of William James Usher, entered into final rest on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Envoy of Williamsburg Virginia a consulate healthcare facility.

She was the youngest of ten children born to the late Solomon Linton and Iowa Wrenn Finney of lsle of Wight County, on February 4, 1927.

She leaves to cherish her fond memories, son, William Jay Usher; grandsons, Aaron Joshua and Jamie Rogers all of Hampton, VA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be 3-6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at O. H. Smith and Son Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Providence Baptist Church, 1331- 30th Street, Newport News, Virginia, Dr. Corey L. Brown, officiating.  O. H. Smith & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
