Joyce A. Brown, the mother of Earl Brown, Jr. (Far Fo) and Darrius Brown, transitioned peacefully at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA on Monday, February 18, 2019.  A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Christian Union Church, 3206 Chestnut Avenue, Newport News, VA.  Viewing will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and two hours prior to the service at the church on Saturday.  O.
