Katie Joyner Parker, a native of Nash County, North Carolina and a resident of Hampton, Virginia, departed this life on January 16, 2025.  Viewing will begin at 3 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025 at the Messiah Center, 1421 W. Pembroke Avenue, Hampton, Virginia, followed by a Praise and Worship Service from 6-7 p.m.  Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12 p.m., on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 171 Semple Farm Road, Hampton, Virginia.  Interment will follow in Hampton Memorial Gardens.  O.
