Kelsey "KP" Pittman passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, January 6, 2025.

Viewing and visitation will be held from 3-6 p.m. on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at O. H. Smith & Son Funeral Home, 3009 Chestnut Avenue, Newport News, VA. Funeral service with Fire Department Funeral Honors will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 17, 2025 at Liberty Live Church, 1021 Big Bethel Road, Hampton, Virginia.

He is survived by his fiancée Charnae Dickerson, two children, Kennedy R. Pittman and Kristian A.L. Pittman.

He was the youngest of four siblings, Dan L. Pittman of Virginia, Shari Pittman-Dozier of North Carolina, and Shelley Pittman of Virginia. Kelsey was a Captain in the Portsmouth Fire Department in Portsmouth, Virginia.  May he rest in peace and continue to live on in our memories. O. H.
