Leomia Williams passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2021.  She was born in Metter, Georgia to Asberry and Queen V. Ellis Mincey.  Leomia was married to James Williams and they had 2 children, Marvin Williams (Celeste) and Terese Johnson (Brad); Manya Hicks who was loved like a daughter.  Leomia is also survived by her sisters, Thelma Davis, Lilla Barlow of Newark, NJ;, brothers, Edgar Mincy of Hampton, VA and Little Willie Claud Mincey of Metter, GA; brothers-in-law, Jesse Williams (Elizabeth) of Washington, DC, Freddie J. Williams (Francelane) of Loris, SC; sisters-in-law, Arra M. Johnson of Raleigh, NC, Emmaline Williams (Ravenell) of Edison, NJ and Theresa Williams of Bennettsville, SC.

Viewing will be from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at the funeral home.  A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m.  on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk, VA.  O. H. Smith & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
