Lois Bellamy Price, the mother of Angela Moore, transitioned on April 9, 2026, at the Hospice House, Williamsburg, Virginia. She retired from Langley Air Force Base and the Newport News School System. She was an active member of the Newport News-Hampton Section of the National Council of Negro Women and a member of Second Baptist Church East End.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at Second Baptist Church East End, 3307 Chestnut Avenue, Newport News,VA 23607. A viewing will be from 3:00-6:00 pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at the funeral home and two hours before the service at the church on Thursday. O. H.
