Lucy "Babysis" T. Hicks, 92, passed on September 30, 2018. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas J. Hicks & great grandson, Jahaun Owens. She is survived by her children, Tommy (Rhonda), LaSandra (Chris); four grandchildren, Noelle, Dorian, Kelly & Kristen; two great grandchildren, Milan and Luci; brother, Crinshaul D. Turner (Phyllis); other relatives & friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m, Friday, October 5, 2018 at Christian Union Church, 3206 Chestnut Ave., Newport News. Interment will follow in Hampton National Cemetery. Viewing will be from 1 to 6 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home and two hours prior to the service at the church on Friday. O. H. Smith & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
