Lydia Ann Hunt, who loved to be called "Momma' by her kids and "Ann" by her dear friends and close relatives departed her loving family on October 21, 2021.

To all who knew her, she was known for her bright unique personality and a genuine infectious smile. Her hobbies included all types of crafts, sewing, decorating, and being around children. You could often find her in the kitchen baking and singing to her favorite gospel tunes until she was unable to.  She was always willing to give an extra hand while making jokes to brighten all the days.

She will be greatly missed by all of whom loved and knew her well.  There is no more pain, but there will always be joy as she is now in the hands of our loving Lord.

She leaves behind her devoted and loving husband Jeremiah Hunt, Sr. and three children Yolanda Y. Ware, Belinda C. Hunt, and Jeremiah Hunt, Jr. She was the best mother and raised them with love and devotion. She enjoyed being a grandmother as well.

A celebration of her life will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 28, 2021 at O.H. Smith & Son Funeral Home. Viewing will be Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 3-6 p.m. O.H. Smith & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the Hunt family.
