Madison C. "Quinny" Brown (3/1/43-12/23/21) transitioned to his heavenly home at 2:14 AM on December 23, 2021. A native of Southampton County, Virginia, he made his home in Newport News, where he was employed at NNSB, retiring after 45 years of dedicated service. A member and trustee at First Baptist Church East End since 1975, Madison is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Shirley; two children, Farah and Madison K. (Sherri); three grandchildren; two brothers, Morris (Camille) and Rudolph (Yolandah); one aunt, Florine R. ; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and church family.

Viewing will be from 3:00-6:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at O. H. Smith & Son Funeral Home. A private Celebration of Life Service will be held and live streamed (Facebook Live, First Baptist Church East End and YouTube/myfbcee.org) at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at First Baptist Church East End.
