Patricia Ann White Suber departed this life on June 4, 2017. She was born on October 27, 1937, in Newark, NJ to the late Joseph and Jean White.

Patricia was a respected and sought-after speech-language pathologist, working a long and successful career in private practice, hospitals and facilities and most notedly, public school systems in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Virginia. She worked and advocated for the patients, students and children under her care with a genuine passion and dedication.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Suber.

She is survived by her children, Craig Suber (Shellee) of Glendale, Arizona; Jeanne Suber Ray of Northern VA; David Suber (Altina) of Virginia Beach; five grandchildren, Dillon, Austin, Ian, Zoe and Quinton Suber; and brother, Joseph White of Newark, NJ.

A memorial service will be held 12:00 p.m., Saturday, June 10, 2017, at O.H. Smith & Son Funeral Home in Newport News.
