Peggy Ann Glover Butler, 76, departed this life on May 23, 2022, in her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Angela Taliaferro.

Peggy leaves to mourn her memory, her husband, James Butler, Jr.;  children, Anthony Taliaferro and Anita Taliaferro; three step-children; five grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.  She will be missed by her family and friends.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at New Hope Baptist Church, Hampton.  Viewing will be from 1-4 p.m., Monday, May 30, 2022 at the funeral home and two hours prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.  O. H. Smith & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
