Priscilla Michelle Cypress, an adored native of Newport News, Virginia, born to the late Ophelia Jeanette Barrett-Peartree and Earl Douglas, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2024, at the age of 58.

She is survived by her husband of many years, Freddie Cypress; two daughters, Brittany and Ce'Era Douglas; other relatives and friends

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at Galilee Baptist Church with Elder Michael J. Banks, Sr., officiating. Interment will follow in  Greenlawn Memorial Park in Newport News, VA.  Viewing will be from 3-6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at the funeral home and two hours prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.  O.
