Mrs. Rosetta W. Holmes, after a long illness returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, November 9, 2019.  Mrs. Holmes was a retiree from the Hampton Public Library after 35 years.  A Celebration of her life will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 16, 2019 in the Chapel at O.
