Lady Teresa A. Porter was called from labor to reward on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.  Lady Teresa Porter was a powerful woman of faith and called into the ministry and served in many capacities at Living Water Tabernacle Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Majorie McTear.

Left to cherish her memories, her loving husband, Pastor Stacy Porter Sr.; her son, Stacy Porter, Jr. (RJ), her daughters, Candice, Raven, and Taylor; father, Donald McTear; sisters, Stephanie McTear and Lakeasha McTear; brothers, Vernon McTear and Gerald McTear; mother-in-law, Bishop Marjorie L. Ruffin; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at Canaan Baptist Church, 1100 W. Queen Street. Hampton, VA. Viewing will be from 3:00-6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at the funeral home and two hours prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.  O. H.
