Our precious angel, Tomas L. Owens gained his wings on December 26, 2023.  He was surrounded by his loving family.  Tomas enjoyed attending, learning and being with classmates at United & Empowered Care Inc. daycare center. His smile would light up the world and bring joy and happiness to not only his family and classmates but to everyone he encountered.

Tomas leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Cynthia H. Owens; father, Thomas L. Owens (Jan); one brother, Terrance L. Owens, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 3 pm to 6 pm at O.H. Smith & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 11:00 am also at O.H. Smith & Son Funeral Home. The family would like to ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in honor of Tomas to Children's Hospital of King's Daughters, PO Box 2156, Norfolk, VA. 23502-2156
