Velma Marie Walker Bailey, raised in Newport News, passed away on May 25, 2021. She was 69. Mrs. Bailey was predeceased by her husband Andrew Lewis Bailey, Sr. of Hampton, and is survived by three children and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 3-6 pm on Friday, June 4 at O.H. Smith & Son Funeral Home in Newport News. A graveside service will commence at 11 am on Saturday, June 5 at Hampton Memorial Gardens.
