Virginia Lucas departed this life on Tuesday, February 4, 2020.  A Celebration of Life for Mother Lucas will be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Church of God, 31 Joynes Road, Hampton, VA  23666.  Viewing will be from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and two hours prior to the service at the church on Thursday.  O.
